2019 Summer Camp Scholarship Application

A limited number of need-based summer camp scholarships are available. Apply for scholarships by selecting the number of children for whom you would like to apply, then filling out the required information. Within two weeks of submitting this form, you will receive an email from gramstudio@artmuseumgr.org letting you know if you have been awarded the scholarship(s), and for which camp session(s).

This year, scholarship applications require a $20 deposit. This deposit will be refunded if:

  • You are not awarded a scholarship.
  • Your child attends all five days of camp.
  • You notify us by emailing gramstudio@artmuseumgr.org at least 10 days before the start of camp that your child will be unable to attend.
  • Your child is only absent due to illness.

Artful Discoveries & Adventures

June 17-21, 9 am - noon: ages 4-6
June 24-28, 
9 am - noon: ages 7-9

This year’s Artful Discoveries & Adventures session feature a mix of all new projects that introduce campers to a variety of creative techniques—including printmaking, painting, and sculpture. Campers will become Museum insiders by journeying through GRAM’s galleries and learning curatorial tips and tricks to use in their own show!

Past, Present, Future
July 8-12: ages 4-6
July 15-19: ages 7-9

Travel through time with GRAM Studio this summer! Explore art and techniques from the past, draw inspiration from contemporary artists, and create your vision of the future during this week-long time warp. Campers will enjoy every moment of this fast-paced session.

Eco-Art
July 22-26, 
9 am - noon: ages 10-12

Explore the environment through the lens of art. Discover how artists use their natural surroundings and materials to inspire their work. Campers will use traditional art processes as well as experimental methods to create environmentally friendly art.

Art and Identity
July 23-August 2, 
9 am - noon: ages 13-15

Give your art some personality during this week-long immersion in identity and self-expression. Learn how other artists use a different media to express themselves. Develop a personal style while exploring portraiture, symbolism, and more.
