4:30 pm – 6 pm: Free Community Conversation in Cook Auditorium

Maya Lin’s vision for Ecliptic was inspired by native cultures and the importance of the Grand River in their lives. Her design embracing the three states of water draws people together today. This conversation will explore how artists and landscape designers have used water to bring people together, as well as the important ideas shaping the restoration along the Grand River today.
