An Art of Changes: Jasper Johns Prints, 1960-2018 surveys six decades of Jasper Johns’ practice in printmaking through a selection of approximately 90 works in a wide range of techniques. For over 60 years, Johns (American, b. 1930) has fascinated viewers with his beautiful and complex paintings, drawings, sculpture, and prints. Johns is considered one of the most innovative artists ever to make prints. During this professional development session, educators will explore the exhibition and curriculum connections, as well as experiment with printmaking techniques inspired by Johns’ practice.
